The Sun. Illustrated by Sierra Kozman. Wake up. Let your light shine and your freak flag fly. Expect success. Enjoy vibrant health and enthusiasm. Celebrate your achievements. Be the center of attention. Believe in your own radiance. The Sun rises after the unease of the Moon has passed. With this card, we experience a glorious breakthrough–joy, relief, and the dawning of our own inner light. The Sun speaks of the brilliance, splendor, and alignment with inner truth that is possible for each of us when we not only accept, but truly rejoice in our own existence. This is a moment of coming home and sensing the patterns at the heart of things–truly understanding your own unique genius and enjoying the spotlight. When the Sun bursts into your reading, embrace the opportunity to share your fiery creativity and enthusiasm with the world. Let yourself overflow. The sun encourages everything with which it shares its light to thrive. In allowing ourselves to grow, we help others give themselves permission to experience renewal and growth. 📷 Esar Aadil

Fortuna. Illustrated by Hilary Flint. Take a chance. Be swept away. Expect surprises. Embrace chaos. Prepare to change course. Make connections. Seek higher truths. Planets wheel in their orbits. Seasons creep and crescendo over the face of the earth. One thread is spliced and another cut. All we know for sure is that this, too, will change. We’ll experience it all in time. This card signals an inevitable shift in direction as the wheel of time continues to turn, a change in fortunes, a surprising development, a stroke of luck or fate, an accident or a miracle. When Fortuna appears in your reading, the card encourages you to seize the opportunity as it arrives–for who knows when it will come again. It describes being swept up in the moment, in events that are larger than ourselves. It offers a dose of humility in the face of the unknowable, mysterious forces of fate. Fortuna can also describe the act of looking for an omen, a sign, a portent to follow, of moments when we seek our destiny and are willing to yield to the consequences of transformation. Additionally it sheds light on how you’re engaging with the flow of events around you: Are you pushing against the tide, or catching a ride on a wave? If you’re fighting the tide, what can you hope to win, and at what expense?

lignify asked:

Hi! I got your deck in last week (it's wonderful!) but unfortunately my 4 of Branches was miscut slightly and a mm-wide strip on the right side is about to fall off. I sent a message last week to your Big Cartel page (where I bought it) to see if I could get a replacement for that card, but hadn't heard anything back yet. Should I just hold tight? Thank you!

Found the email and replied. Sorry for the delay!
